Sheyi Ojo believes Cardiff City 'deserve' to already be in the FA Cup fourth round. The Bluebirds were just seconds away from a surprise upset when Sonny Perkins bagged his first Leeds United goal.
That 93rd-minute strike salvaged a draw, meaning the two sides will meet again at Elland Road in a fortnight. In truth, Leeds should have equalised earlier, as Rodrigo missed a penalty with 10 minutes to spare.
Mateo Joseph also spooned a golden opportunity from six yards out before Perkins finally bundled the ball over the line. Despite the late onslaught, Cardiff winger Ojo - who put his side 2-0 up in the first half - insisted Leeds should have lost.

The 25-year-old also issued a battle cry to his teammates, telling them there is “no reason to fear” the Whites at Elland Road. Ojo said: "To be honest, (I have) mixed emotions. I mean, as a team we played very well. It was solid. We stuck to our game plan, we know Leeds, obviously, are a good team. We showed them respect but not too much.
"I feel like we deserved to win the game. So, there's no reason to fear Leeds. They've got good players, but you know, if we put that tough performance in again, there's no reason why we can’t win.”
