Cara Delevingne celebrated Chelsea’s dramatic 4-3 win over Manchester United during a surprise appearance at Stamford Bridge on Thursday evening.
The model and actress, 31, shared a video of herself cheering for Cole Palmer’s second goal from the penalty spot during the thrilling Premier League clash as Chelsea turned the game around in an incredible finish to the match.
“Its so good to be home @Chelsea FC”, she captioned the TikTok video.
Ms Delevingne was seen with her arms raised in jubilation to celebrate Chelsea’s thrilling win while donning a blue and white scarf. She was accompanied by a female friend at the game.

Manchester United looked on course to complete a stunning comeback when two goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes cancelled out early Connor Gallagher and Palmer strikes.
But Palmer had the last laugh when he his second penalty deep into stoppage-time made it 3-3 before his deflected effort off Scott McTominay's arm went in at 100 minutes and 39 seconds for a latest-ever Premier League winner.
Palmer said that when the officials signalled an additional eight minutes, he felt it gave his team a lift.
"It was madness," he said. "To win like that, there is nothing better. “
“We thought when we scored the third goal the fans lifted us and I saw the gaffer say there were two minutes left and thankfully I scored.
“You know I have taken many penalties. I am not going to miss a penalty, touch wood. And to score in the very last minute is crazy."
Ms Delevingne had a huge smile on her face during the match and sported a Chelsea shirt with her name on the back.
Born in Hammersmith in 1992, she grew up in Belgravia, just a mile from Chelsea.
