Cara Delevingne has baffled fans by sharing a photo of her fake baby bump on Instagram.

The model, 32, posted a side-profile snap of her stomach while wearing black body tape and leggings on Friday.

She shared the shot as a round-up of her favourite moments from 2024, alongside snaps of her cuddling a dog, climbing a palm tree, and on a ski trip.

“Too hard to choose so I went random #2024,” the Suicide Squad star captioned the post.

While the prosthetic stomach was part of her costume for the TV series American Horror Story, it didn’t stop some fans speculating that she was pregnant with her first child.

“Is she pregnant??” one asked in the comments, as another posted: “Baby mama?”

“The bump?!” a third was quick to add.

Others pointed out that that the bump was for her role in AHS: Delicate, which she starred in last year alongside Kim Kardashian, 42, and Emma Roberts, 32.

“Everyone!!!! SHE is not pregnant! For her role in AHS,” one clarified in the comments.

"So we all fell for the bump?" another joked.

Delevingne - who is dating singer Minke - played Nurse Ivy Ehrenreich in the 12th installment of the FX series created by Ryan Murphy.

In the first episode, the model’s character is seen wearing a black wig and stalking Roberts’ character, the pregnant actress Anna Alcott, outside her home and the doctor’s office.

Nurse Ehrenreich stalks her again in episode two and reemerges with different hair at the hospital, where Alcott is taken after experiencing heavy bleeding.

Ehrenreich is revealed to be Alcott’s ultrasound technician.

Alcott thinks Ehrenreich looks familiar and realizes she’s the woman she’s been seeing everywhere - although Ehrenreich denies having met her before.

In one sequence, Ehrenreich pulls an ultrasound tool out of Alcott that’s covered in blood and later a doctor confirms Alcott had a miscarriage.

The doctor also says Ehrenreich has never worked at that hospital, leaving Alcott wondering if she hallucinated the whole thing.

Unlike previous seasons of AHS, AHS: Delicate takes its plot from Danielle Valentine's novel Delicate Condition.

The first part of the season aired in 2023 and the other episodes dropped in early 2024.
