A 'vehicle of interest' in the investigation into the brutal murder of Ashley Dale has been recovered by police.
Ashley, 28, was in her own home on Leinster Road, OId Swan, when a gunman burst through the front door at around 12.40am on Sunday, August 21 and fired multiple shots "indiscriminately". Ashley was shot in the abdomen and collapsed in her back yard, where she was spotted by a concerned neighbour.
So far police have arrested 15 people in connection with the shooting but, so far, no-one has been charged with her murder. At the end of September, Merseyside Police released a clip of a a grey Hyundai i30 which had been driven in the area a short time before the shooting.
