A trolley bay and bike rack were destroyed at a Dublin shopping centre yesterday after a car mounted a footpath.
The incident happened at the Square shopping centre in Tallaght just before lunchtime. Debris from the collision could be seen at the Tesco car park on the second level of the shopping centre yesterday afternoon.
One onlooker told Dublin Live that the crushed bike rack remained taped off after the incident. They added that there were no further signs of damage in the car park.

Dublin Fire Brigade firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene yesterday. It is currently unknown what led to the incident or if there were any injuries.
They said: 'Firefighter/paramedics from Tallaght fire station responded to a road traffic collision in a car park earlier today. A trolley bay and bike rack were damaged and the scene was made safe by crews at the incident."
