Israeli police reported that a car struck pedestrians in Jerusalem on Monday, resulting in three individuals sustaining minor injuries. The incident, captured by a CCTV camera and broadcasted by Israeli media, depicted a car colliding with three ultra-Orthodox Jews, causing at least two individuals to be propelled over the dashboard.
The footage showed two individuals exiting the vehicle with a gun, appearing to make an attempt to shoot but encountering difficulty with the weapon before fleeing out of the camera's range. Authorities are currently in pursuit of the two assailants who left the scene with a submachine gun.
Since the commencement of the conflict between Israel and Hamas on October 7, Palestinians have carried out sporadic attacks in Israeli cities and towns, with some incidents resulting in fatalities.

Arrest Made in Killing of 14-Year-Old Settler
Israeli authorities announced the apprehension of a suspect linked to the murder of a 14-year-old Jewish West Bank settler. The teenager's disappearance earlier in the month triggered violent outbursts by Israeli settlers in various Palestinian communities, resulting in casualties and injuries.
The joint statement issued by the Israeli internal security agency, Shin Bet, Israeli police, and the military disclosed that Ahmed Dawabsheh, aged 21, was detained during an overnight operation in the Palestinian village of Duma. Duma was among the locations where settler-led disturbances occurred following the disappearance of the 14-year-old.
These incidents mark the latest in a series of escalating tensions in the West Bank, which has experienced heightened violence since the onset of the Gaza conflict on October 7.
