Emergency services have raced to a busy Ayr road this evening after a car flipped on to its roof.
Ambulances and police vehicles have shut down Main Road tonight following the incident.
At least half-a-dozen emergency service vehicles are currently at the scene with the overturned motor sitting in the centre of the road.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7.45pm on Tuesday, June 21, officers were called to a one vehicle crash on Main Road, Ayr.
"Emergency services are at the scene."
