This was the moment a driver clipped the central reservation of a dual carriageway in Bristol city centre - and ended up with their car on its roof wrapped around the crash barrier.
Police said the injuries sustained by the driver, who has not been named, were not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The incident happened this morning, Wednesday June 29, on the southbound side of Redcliff Hill, right at the traffic light crossing point between the Mercure Hotel and St Mary Redcliffe's sixth form.

The main road was closed while police and ambulance attended the scene, and a recovery truck operator had the complicated job of removing the upturned car from the road.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset police confirmed: "We were called at 6.17am today to Redcliff Hill, outside the Mercure Hotel in Bristol, following reports of a collision.
"A car collided with a central reservation and landed on its roof. The injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life changing. The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene, but the road has now been reopened.”
