Caprice recalls going 'crazy' at 25 as she shows her support for Cara Delevingne

Caprice has recalled her own struggles with fame, amid ongoing concerns for fellow model Cara Delevingne 's health.

The model-turned-businesswoman says she 'made my first million at 25 and I went crazy' when looking back on her own experiences with the spotlight and modelling, and expresses her desire for Cara to accept help from her family and get 'back on track again'.

Cara has sparked serious concern for her wellbeing over recent weeks, with reports claiming her sister Poppy has "rushed to her side" amid growing concern for the supermodel following a series of worrying incidents and pictures.

The 30-year-old Suicide Squad actress first worried fans last month, when the award-winning model was pictured at Van Nuys Airport while sitting on a bench shoeless with dishevelled hair as she smoked a cigarette.

Caprice - now worth an estimated £34million - knows all too well about the pitfalls that come with being a household name at times, after previously battling her own demons which saw her banned from the road for a year after drink-driving 16 years ago.

In a new interview, she recalls how earning so much money at a young age can lead to things getting 'out of hand', and says she 'went' crazy when she made her first million at the age of 25 thanks to her lucrative modelling career.

"I’d never known this kind of life — and it was my own money," the former Dancing on Ice contestant explains to The Sun.

"It wasn’t like I was a gold-digger, going out with somebody who was paying for my lifestyle. I made my own money and was in full control of my entire lifestyle."

She goes on to claim you 'go nuts in your twenties' as you're not mature enough, and mixing being good-looking and famous into things is just a recipe for disaster.

Touching on Cara's alleged troubles, Caprice adds: "Cara is only human and I pray she gets back on track again. She will. She’s got a great family who will come to her rescue and help her out."

Caprice's comments come following Cara's sister Poppy - who lives in London - being spotted leaving her sibling's home in Los Angeles on Friday night. She was then spotted on Saturday at a skin care studio in West Hollywood.

Poppy is said to have told reporters that her sister was "doing fine" after being asked about the model's wellbeing.

The sighting comes after Cara's loved ones were reportedly planning an intervention to encourage the actress to get help.

"We are all incredibly concerned. The situation has been building for a few weeks now, and Cara's family is involved.

"There is talk of staging some kind of intervention and making sure Cara gets the help she may well need," a family friend told The Sun.

They added: "She has been burning the candle at both ends of late, and it's clearly taking its toll."

The Mirror has previously approached representatives for Cara for comment.
