Retail shakeup: major shopping centre hits market amid regional sell-off

The owner of the Belconnen Capital Food Markets has listed its third property in the capital region this year.

Kyron Capital, a Sydney-based publicly listed property investment company that operates in both Australia and New Zealand, has put the Riverside Plaza shopping centre in Queanbeyan on the market.

It follows the listing of the Belconnen Food Markets in March, and the Ibis Styles hotel in Sutton, on the border of the ACT and NSW, in May.
