Detailed plans from developers Capital & Centric for the regeneration of Farnworth market precinct have been approved - allowing for 97 new homes, a public square and retail and leisure units.
Bolton Council’s planning committee passed the plans which allow for five blocks to be built varying in height from single-storey to four-storeys.
The detailed design and layout of the scheme follows on from outline permission being granted last September for the project.
