Cannabis worth around £2m has been seized by police in a huge drugs bust in a Scots industrial estate.
Four men have been arrested and charged following the recovery of the drugs on Tuesday, April 4.
Ayrshire Proactive Crime Team carried out a drugs search warrant at a premises at Ardeer Industrial Estate, Stevenston, where a large-scale cannabis cultivation was discovered.
The four men - aged 30, 32, 34 and 36 are expected to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Wednesday, April 5.
Detective Sergeant Terry McEwan said: “Drug misuse brings nothing but misery to our communities and I want to reassure the people of Ayrshire that we will continue to use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from the community.
