Fans of Anti-Hero singer Taylor Swift now have serious bad blood with US-based ticketing company Ticketmaster after the firm bungled the sale of tickets for her new tour.

The debacle has now provoked the US Department of Justice into potential action over whether Ticketmaster operates as a monopoly and whether it should be broken up.
