Can't sell Easyday and Heritage Fresh without our consent, Amazon says in letter to Future Retail

Amazon FRL Future Retail Big Bazaar New Delhi

NEW DELHI: Amazon has written to Big Bazaar parent, Future Retail (FRL) in an effort to block the proposed sale of the latter’s small format chain of stores, Easyday and Heritage Fresh.

In addition, the US e-tailer has offered financial help to the cash-strapped retailer.
