Liverpool have it all to do if they’re to win the Premier League this season.
The Reds are battling with Manchester City for the league title, and have just two matches left to play. After the midweek round of fixtures, Liverpool remain three points behind the leaders.
Jurgen Klopp’s side claimed a 2-1 win over Aston Villa to temporarily move level on points with Man City, who faced Wolves a day later and had a superior goal difference. The three point gap was re-established after City ran out 5-1 winners over Wolves, extending their goal difference to plus-72 which is seven superior to Liverpool’s.
