Shoppers are being urged to back a campaign calling on the Government to roll out 90 minutes of free parking across town and city centres to help boost Britain’s under-pressure high streets.
A parliamentary petition has been launched by retail event organiser Spring & Autumn Fair to garner support for the initiative, which it believes would attract more shoppers to high streets and level the playing field nationwide.
