Both Cameroon and Serbia are still alive in the World Cup after playing out a classic 3-3 draw in their Group G clash today (Monday), in the final 10am GMT kick off of the tournament.
Of the two nations, Serbia may feel the more disappointed, having led 3-1 thanks to Strahinja Pavlovic, Sergei Milinkovic-Savic and Aleksander Mitrovic goals. They looked in cruise control, after battled back from 1-0 down when Jean-Charles Castelletto opened the scoring for the Indomitable Lions.
They lived up to their nickname after going two goals down, though, with substitute Vincent Aboubakar inspiring a thrilling comeback, first lobbing the goalkeeper to reduce their arrears and then setting up Eric Choupo-Moting to level at 3-3. From there, it looked inevitable that one side would find a winning goal, but it ended level, leaving both teams still with a slim chance of making the last 16.
