Earlier this week, Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt made some headlines for trash-talking the Kansas City Chiefs and wideout Xavier Worthy.
Sunday, he made good on the chit-chat.
Covering Worthy down the field in the third quarter, CTB pulled off a one-handed interception of Patrick Mahomes that is sure to go down as one of the plays of the year.
That was interception No. 2 for Mahomes on the day, with CTB’s unbelievable effort occurring while the Bengals already had the lead.
Granted, the level of “trash talk” was blown out of proportion through clipped quotes, but CTB made good on it anyway.
Here is a look at the play:
HOLY 😱 What an INT by @CamTaylorBritt_!
