Calvin Harris fans warned of travel chaos ahead of Glasgow gig on Saturday

Fans of Scots DJ Calvin Harris are being warned of travel chaos ahead of the much-anticipated gig at Hampden Park. The Dumfries-born producer is due to play the national stadium on Saturday but limited timetables may make it hard for those trying to get home after the concert.

ScotRail has urged fans to consider their travel options when heading home as no trains will be running from the nearest station after the gig ends. There will also be a limited number of trains leaving Glasgow City Center after 11pm.

To help people get to the stadium the train operator has increased capacity on services to Mount Florida - but is asking music fans to travel early to avoid overcrowding and delays. Gates are due to open at 4pm.
