Choosing Callum Wilson for the World Cup is arguably Gareth Southgate's easiest decision ahead of next month's tournament in Qatar.
Wilson wouldn't be first choice striker and won't need to be told that. But if ever England could benefit from an experienced marksman who would also be a good tourist, as he wouldn't sulk at not being first pick, it's got to be Wilson.
England boss Southgate checked out Dominic Calvert-Lewin at the weekend in Everton's 3-0 win over Crystal Palace and the striker netted in front of him. Wilson's fitness issues are now hopefully behind him but he'd be the ideal man for a 26-man squad.
