The California Department of Motor Vehicles is investigating potential criminal activity tied to irregularities found in 11,000 of the state's driver's license tests.
The state's DMV director, Steve Gordon, announced the investigation in a letter sent to State Senate Transportation Committee Chairman Dave Cortese last week, KCRA 3 reports.
