Chicago Bears fans have to be on cloud nine right now. They can finally claim Caleb Williams as their quarterback after the team officially drafted him with the first overall pick of the draft Thursday night, and as a cherry on top of the first-round bliss, one of the top offensive weapons also fell into their laps at No. 9.
The Bears took wide receiver Rome Odunze with their second pick of the draft and nobody was more fired up than Williams, who kind of teased the possibility of teaming with Odunze on Tuesday.

“We got our guy,” Williams said.
After expressing his excitement to see Odunze on his flight to Detroit, and flicking it up with him, Williams was just as delighted as Bears fans to see him join the team.
