Financial educator Nitin Kaushik recently shared how a smart mix of land and stock market investments helped him nearly double his wealth in just two years.
In a post on X, Kaushik revealed that he had a total investment corpus of ₹8 crore two years ago. Out of this, he allocated ₹3 crore — nearly 40% of his portfolio — into land, while the remaining ₹5 crore was invested across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks.
