Khawaja's back spasms the 'best he's ever had'

Usman Khawaja is still in pain but has described his back spasms as the best he's ever had given they resulted in one of the most famous batting knocks in Ashes history.

Khawaja was unable to open in Australia's first innings in Perth on Friday after spending too long off the field dealing with back spasms.
