C.J. Stroud was the second overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft out of Ohio State.
The quarterback is No. 1 in the hearts of fans of the Houston Texans.
The rookie delivered a touchdown pass to Tank Dell from 15 yards with 6 seconds left to give the Texans a 39-37 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in an incredible game on Sunday.

The Texans had taken a 33-30 lead with 8:45 left when Dare Ogunbowale kicked a 29-yard field goal.
This is worth mentioning because Ogunbowale is a running back who had to kick because the Texans’ kicker was injured.
Baker Mayfield then led Tampa Bay on a 10-play job that saw it take the lead on a TD pass to Cade Otton.
Stroud, who threw for a rookie record 470 yards and 5 TDs, led a 6-play, 75-yard drive that concluded with the pass to Dell.
