Dublin Airport is warning the public that they are expexting a busy weekend with car parking sold out.
They are advising those travelling to arrange alternative transport options to and from the airport.
Dublin Airport tweeted: “Car parking @DublinAirport is very busy for the weekend ahead, we are sold out across Long Term and Short Term car parks from Saturday through Sunday. For alternative transport options to and from the airport, see here .”

If you’re going on holiday this weekend and haven’t booked a car parking place, here’s some alternative options:
Bus
The airport is located approximately 10km north of Dublin City Centre. You can get there from central locations such as O'Connell Street or by reaching Connolly and Heuston train stations, as well as Ireland's central bus station, Busaras.
Dublin Airport is accessible by over 1,000 buses and coaches daily with most counties also having a bus that goes directly to the airport.
Taxi
Taxis are available and can drop you directly outside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 - just be sure to pre-book in advance.
Chauffeur
Dublin Airport works in conjunction with chauffeur providers to ensure the highest service standards are delivered and enjoyed by passengers of Dublin Airport.
