Commerce ministry warns EU over trade tools

The Ministry of Commerce said that China and the EU are important, equal and mutually beneficial economic partners. The ministry urged the EU to abide by World Trade Organization rules and oppose protectionism, warning that China will take countermeasures if the bloc unilaterally introduces new trade tools and discriminatory restrictions.
