Burnley interim boss Mike Jackson has revealed that his side are sweating on the fitness of James Tarkowski ahead of Sunday’s game against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Clarets are currently level on points with Everton in the Premier League table. Both sides are two points clear of Leeds United and have a game in hand on the Whites.
Frank Lampard’s side host Brentford this weekend, while Burnley are away to Tottenham, with Leeds at home to Brighton on the same day. And Jackson has told how Tarkowski is a major doubt for the game in the capital after feeling his hamstring tighten in the defeat to Aston Villa at Turf Moor last weekend.
