Burned-out caravan set on fire 'deliberately' in South Gloucestershire village, police say

A caravan that was totally burned out in a fire in South Gloucestershire was set alight deliberately, police say. Investigating officers are now urging anyone with information on the blaze to come forward.

The caravan was set on fire in Quarry Road, Alveston, at around 2.20am on Monday, February 27. Police say it was fully burned out in the incident but no one was hurt.

Avon and Somerset Police is now keen to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time. Alternatively, they are asking anyone with relevant dashcam, CCTV or doorbell footage to get in touch.
