Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar headline India squads for New Zealand tour; Iyer to captain T20Is

Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, KL Rahul, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rishabh Pant are among the prominent names picked for India’s upcoming tour of New Zealand, with the BCCI on Tuesday announcing the T20I and India A squads for a tour that will begin later this month.

Bhuvneshwar has made a return to the India T20I setup after nearly four years, while Bumrah has been included in the squad for the five-match T20I series. Shreyas Iyer will captain the T20I side, with Tilak Varma as his deputy.
