Bulwell Bus Station is now "fully closed" as major revamp work takes place. Work began last month, on January 16, to refurbish the popular station, with a range of improvements set to be put in place including new shelters, upgraded real time information signs and improved walkways for pedestrians.
Residents and public transport-users who live nearby said that the refurbishment is "much needed." The stop will be closed for two months.
Buses which normally use the station have not had any changes to their timetables since last month, but have been using temporary stops. The project is part of Nottingham and Derby’s Transforming Cities programme after the two city councils secured £161 million from the department for transport to invest in local transport infrastructure.

"70/71 will depart from Spot On Snooker on High Rd"
The station is expected to reopen on April 20.
