Bullies forced an autistic boy to "lick their shoes" and threatened to beat him, it has been claimed
April England, the boy's devastated mum, says her vulnerable lad Logan does not want to go out and play because of the abuse he suffers.
She says it culminated in five teenagers chasing and cornering the young schoolboy when he was playing outside.
