Over to you, Mason Mount.
The example for Chelsea's midfielder has been set as he returns to a Premier League starting XI after missing the last match - albeit under Thomas Tuchel nearly one month ago.
Mount was dropped in Tuchel's last league game in charge - a 2-1 win against West Ham - after a poor start to the season but that was sparked into life by an energetic and anger fuelled substitute appearance for his country in midweek.
Having lost his form at club level Mount was shifted from Gareth Southgate's England team too, but made the right response with a stunning goal against Germany.

Now he's back with the Blues, Mount has seen the way he needs to respond once more as Arsenal's Bukayo Saka set the North London Derby alight with a brilliant performance on the right-wing. Saka was also a sub for Southgate at Wembley but came on to link with Reece James and formed his own statement to the national team boss after being used at wingback against Italy.
Saka was straight back into life for the Gunners and helped his team into a 2-1 lead, producing the shot that lead to Gabriel Jesus' tap in, and as the 21-year-old and Mount look to assert themselves in the next six weeks ahead of the winter World Cup, it's clear what Mount has to do.
The pair had been effectively playing for the same position during Euro 2020 last summer with Mount primarily being used in the wide attacking player on the right hand-side. Mount looks like he's being moved back into a natural midfield spot under Graham Potter but that won't stop his performances from impacting how he might fit for England.
Mount ended last term with double figures for both goals and assists but is yet to get on the scoresheet for his club this term. If he can put that record to bed at Selhurst Park then Southgate will be a happy man and Chelsea fans may well be even happier.
