Jeremy Hunt will announce his first budget as Chancellor tomorrow against a tough backdrop of soaring costs, rising energy bills and widespread industrial action around the country.
Mr Hunt will rise at 12.30 in the House of Commons to deliver his crucial budget speech, which he hopes will start to energise the UK's struggling economy.
