Rangers will hold a conversation with Bayern Munich next week over whether or not Malik Tillman will remain in blue going into season 23/24.
The playmaker has impressed in his loan campaign at Ibrox, despite injury bringing it to a premature end. He has scooped both the club and PFA Young Player of the Year awards and rumours have been rife that the club had made their move to get a permanent deal over the line. It comes amid swirling rumours a deal was on the verge of completion.
It is believed that Rangers have a £5m clause to trigger if they want to make that a reality but boss Michael Beale has confirmed that no deal is done and dusted just yet. But talks with the Bundesliga giants have been planned for after the Premiership finale this Saturday against St Mirren. He said: "The conversation between the two clubs is still ongoing. I think there is a call planned for after the weekend.
"It was nice to see Malik at the weekend winning another award for the fine contribution he has made this season.
