Bubble fatigue ‘takes its toll’ on Jason Roy as England opener takes short break

England opener Jason Roy has taken a “short indefinite break” from cricket after withdrawing from this season’s Indian Premier League citing bubble fatigue.

The 31-year-old was due to play for new franchise Gujarat Titans in the 10-team competition, which is scheduled to run from March 26 to May 29.
