BTS singer V returned to his music career on Friday (March 15) after taking a break to enlist in the South Korean military. His latest track, 'Fri(end)s,' was released to tide fans over while he fulfills his national duty. The song quickly gained popularity in America, reaching No. 1 on the iTunes chart within a day of its release.
'Fri(end)s' debuted at No. 2 on the U.S. iTunes chart, narrowly missing the top spot initially held by Cardi B's 'Enough (Miami).' However, V's single eventually climbed to No. 1, surpassing Cardi B's track.
