It was not how Kiern Jewiss wanted to secure the Porsche Carrera Cup GB title. Jewiss did lose out to fellow front-row starter Gus Burton off the line in the opener but responded instantly, diving inside the Century machine in the tiniest of gaps towards Druids to retake the lead.
