As the football season comes to a head the games are coming thick and fast and the stakes have never been higher.
A meeting with Inter Milan in the Champions League final is up for grabs with with Manchester City and Real Madrid set to do battle in the semi-final second leg tonight live on BT Sport from 7pm. The winners will then lock horns with the Italian giants in Istanbul on June 10 and you can watch full coverage of the final live on BT Sport.
The Premier League season is also set for a thrilling conclusion art both ends of the table as the race for the title, top four and relegation still remainds undecided. The battle for the top four is looking the most intense in years as Manchester United and Newcastle look to fend off a late challenge from Liverpool who have been in blistering form as of late. At the other end of the table, Leicester, Everton, Leeds United and Nottingham Forest will all be aiming to beat the drop.
Fans will be tuning in to the culmination of the Europa League and Europa Conference League. Tomorrow, Thursday May 18, will see the second leg of the Europa Conference semi final between AZ Alkmaar v West Ham United live on BT Sport from 7pm as well as the Europa League semi-final second legs between Bayer Leverkusen v Roma and Sevilla v Juventus which will be live on BT Sport 3 and BT Sport 2.
The Europa League final is set to take place on May 31 and will be live on BT Sport while the Europa Conference League final will be also live on BT Sport and BT Sport Ultimate on June 7.
