Brydon Carse will not face charges after police drop investigation into alleged assault

Brydon Carse will not face any charges after Derbyshire police dropped an investigation into an alleged assault in Derby city centre last month.

The fast bowler was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly during a night out with his Durham teammates after a County Championship win over Derbyshire, which led to him being dropped from the England squad for the 3-0 Test series win over Pakistan.
