Bruno Saltor remained coy on whether he would still be Chelsea's interim coach by the time they face Wolves on Saturday.
The Blues' temporary manager took charge of his first game on Tuesday evening where his side were perhaps a tad unfortunate not to have come away with maximum points against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea missed a load of golden chances against the Reds, who held out for a fourth goalless draw in a row between the two teams.
Bruno faced the media after the match and was asked about his Chelsea future and whether there would be a permanent head coach in place by the time the Blues take on Wolves at the weekend. However, the Spaniard remained coy on the situation, saying: "As it stands, I expect to go home and rest and focus on day by day and the owners. They know that the staff are going to be the most professional we can and we're going to try to represent this club as best we can.

"We know the standards here. We know the demand and that's what we try to do all the time."
Chelsea were left frustrated at the hands of Liverpool. Kai Havertz missed a couple of glorious opportunities and also had one disallowed for a handball. As did Reece James, with Enzo Fernandez being offside in the build-up to his sumptuous first-half strike.
It was same old, same old as far as the Blues were concerned. Creating the chances was not the issue, the problem was converting them.
Bruno said: "We created enough chances to win the game. Two were disallowed. The boys gave everything, they played with their heart and you cannot ask for more."
