Eddie Howe has indicated that Bruno Guimaraes has "escape clause" in his Newcastle United contract - after speculation that the Brazil star is wanted by Real Madrid continues to mount.

The Newcastle United boss said he has no intention of selling the player that caused a big surprise in January when he signed from Lyon for £33.5million.

Howe told Chronicle Live that Bruno was up for the fight when he signed in January at a point when his side were deep in the relegation mire.
