Green told the Football Daily podcast: "Bruno Guimaraes has been brilliant for Newcastle. He's not going to get player of the season. Haaland is going to get player of the season.
"He's been the best player, the top striker, scored all the goals. Guardiola is going to win the league and get the trophy and rightly so.
"Coming back from a record number of points behind to take it [the Premier League title], yeah, I can guarantee that they will not just win the Premier League."
