Chronicle Live readers have given their thoughts on the individual performances of Newcastle United players after their 3-0 Boxing Day win over Leicester City.
An early penalty was awarded to the Magpies after Joelinton was brought down by Foxes defender Daniel Armartey, a chance Chris Wood quickly dispatched straight down the middle of the goal.
It only took four minutes for Newcastle to find their second of the match, as Miguel Almiron slotted home his ninth goal of the season after a beautiful one-two pass with Bruno Guimaraes, before a Joelinton header secured all three points for the visitors.
