Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes insists that belief is growing at Old Trafford ahead of their Carabao Cup final clash against Newcastle United on Sunday.
The Red Devils travel to Wembley fresh off the back of their 2-1 triumph over FC Barcelona on Thursday, and have collected 16 wins from their last 20 in all competitions.
Erik ten Hag's side will also be aiming to end a run of six years without a major trophy, with their last piece of silverware coming under Jose Mourinho in the Europa League in 2017.
Man United are five points off the Premier League summit, and Fernandes senses that the belief in the club and among the fanbase has been a huge factor behind their recent improvement.

"It's always fun to be a Manchester United player - it's always a pleasure," Fernandes told Sky Sports. "When you get the results it's always better.
"You come with a smile to the training ground and obviously now we are in a great run in terms of results. It's fantastic to be in the position that we are in now and it's much easier when you win games.
"The lack of confidence last season was pretty visible in everyone and now you can see that everyone is pretty confident. Everyone that plays and doesn't play, the ones that come on, they have been a massive difference for us.
"The atmosphere is much better because of the results. The first two results were not what we wanted [against Brighton and Brentford] but after that there's been a real improvement in the team.
"You can feel now how much the fans believe in you, even during games that are more tough to score a goal, or it's more difficult to try and get chances. They always believe until the last moment that we can win that game, and that's something that we have built.
"The belief between the players, the club and fans has been built and it's much bigger now."
Newcastle will be looking to shatter that belief by ending their 54-year drought and lifting the League Cup for the very first time in their history.
