Bruno Fernandes has praised the trio of Casemiro, Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez for their impact inside the Manchester United dressing room.
Casemiro and Martinez joined United in the summer for a combined price of over £110million, with Erik ten Hag insistent on adding experienced leaders to a squad that had been lacking direction for so long. The pair joined veteran defender Varane at Old Trafford, with the France international and World Cup winner having joined from Real Madrid the previous year.
Alongside stand-in captain Fernandes, the experienced trio have taken control of the dressing room and led the Reds to an outstanding season. Ten Hag's side could win their first piece of silverware in the Carabao Cup on Sunday and remain in all four competitions available to them at the start of the campaign.
