Bruno Fernandes has joked that Aston Villa fans must be sick of the sight of him after he netted the winner for Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.
The Portuguese playmaker scored the only goal of the game when he pounced on a spilled shot in the box and fired in from a tight angle to give his side another precious three points.
Fernandes, who missed a crucial penalty in the same fixture last season, was goaded by the travelling support throughout the match, but responded in style with an impressive performance.

He got revenge when he scored the goal though, and savoured the moment by celebrating in front of the away end by staring out the Villa fans.
Speaking after the game, he was asked about the celebration and the feisty reception he got from the travelling supporters.
"Obviously they probably don't like to play against me, but it is what it is, it's football," he told MUTV. "I'm OK with that. They can enjoy the game in the way they want.
"I would prefer them to come and support their players instead, rather than to be focused on me. But if they think it's better to be focused on me, than their players, then it is OK. I don't mind at all."
The win is a huge boost to United's hopes of a top-four finish and Fernandes was happy to see his side respond with a win after dropping points in midweek.
He added: "It was a big win, but it is the same as always, three points. We can't get the points back from the last game against Tottenham that we should and we could have have a better result and get more points from that game. But we had to put our focus on this game and do our best to win and we did it and we get the three points today."
