Bruno Fernandes and Harry Maguire have both sent a message to Manchester United teammate Anthony Elanga after he was named among the youngsters nominated for the Golden Boy award.
Elanga is among the 40 players nominated for the Golden Boy award, which is an accolade run by Italian outlet Tuttosport. The winner is crowned by a number of journalists, who all vote across the year for the best under-21 player among Europe's top flights.
The shortlist initially began with a 100-player list in the summer, but two rounds of voting have seen it narrowed down to 40.
