Emma Heming Willis has thanked fans for being "so loving and caring" after she gave an update on her husband's health.

Bruce Willis, 68, was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and his wife Emma, 44, admitted that treatment options are remarkably "slim".

Fans have flocked to social media with messages of support and she has now taken to her Instagram Story to share how "lucky" she feels to be part of such a supportive community.
