Actor Bruce Willis, best-known for his action-packed movie blockbusters such as the “Die Hard” franchise and “Armageddon,” as well as the psychological thriller “The Sixth Sense” his Golden Globe-winning role in the TV series “Moonlighting,” is “stepping away” from acting, after being diagnosed with aphasia, his family revealed on Wednesday.
In an Instagram post by his daughter Rumer Willis, the actor’s family expressed that the illness “is impacting his cognitive abilities. As a result of this and with much consideration, Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him.”
